PRAN follows a clear and accountable organizational structure designed to ensure effective leadership, coordination, and implementation of its programs. The organization is governed by the Board of Trustees, which provides strategic direction and oversight. The Chief Functionary leads the organization’s overall operations and ensures the successful execution of PRAN’s mission and objectives.
The operational team consists of dedicated executives responsible for Project Management, Communication & Documentation, and Administration & Human Resources. These functions are further supported by the MIS Assistant and the Accounts & Finance unit, ensuring efficient data management, reporting, and financial accountability. At the field level, Skill Extension Workers (SEWs) and Block Coordinators work directly with communities to implement programs, provide support, and facilitate grassroots development initiatives.
This structure enables PRAN to maintain transparency, strengthen coordination, and deliver impactful interventions across its areas of work.
