Our Executives
Paripurn Chandra Sharma serves as an Executive (Communication & Documentation) at PRAN. He is a media professional with both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. Since joining PRAN in 2025, he has been actively contributing to communication and documentation efforts.
Prior to this, he gained valuable experience in media and content production, where he developed strong skills in editing, animation, storytelling, as well as photography and cinematography. Paripurn brings a creative approach to documenting grassroots initiatives and crafting impactful narratives for development work.
Mukesh Kumar serves as an Executive (Project) at PRAN. He has been working with the organization for over nine years, contributing extensively to project implementation and field operations.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech (Civil Engineering) and a Master’s degree in Rural Development, where he was awarded a gold medal for his academic excellence. Mukesh has a keen interest in exploring tools and technologies, which supports his work in improving project efficiency and field-level outcomes.
Anuradha Shee serves as an Executive (HR & Admin) at PRAN. She has been working with the organization for the past two years, supporting human resources and administrative functions.
She holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Commerce. With over five years of experience in accounting and management, Anuradha brings strong organizational and financial management skills to her role.
Pramodh Gorain serves as an Executive (Project) at PRAN. He has been associated with the organization since its foundation and brings over 13 years of experience in project implementation.
With extensive experience in social development and rural livelihoods, Pramodh has played a key role in strengthening community-based initiatives and supporting sustainable development efforts at the grassroots level.
Saurabh Sharma serves as an Executive (Project) at PRAN. He has been working with the organization for the past two years, contributing to project implementation in the Aurangabad district of Bihar.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and a Master’s degree in Agronomy. With his academic background and field experience, Saurabh supports agricultural and rural development initiatives at the grassroots level.
Sudhir Kumar serves as an Executive (Project) at PRAN. He has been working with the organization since 2016 and is currently based in Sherghati, Gaya.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and a Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics. With his academic background and field experience, Sudhir contributes to the implementation of agriculture and rural development initiatives at the grassroots level.
Saket Bihari serves as an Executive (Project) at PRAN. He has been working with the organization since 2025 and is currently based in Manpur, Gaya.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech (Agricultural Engineering) and a Master’s degree in M.Tech (Soil and Water Conservation Engineering). With his technical background, Saket contributes to project implementation and supports sustainable agriculture practices at the field level.
